The Killeen Education Leadership Foundation (KELF) is the charitable and educational foundation of the Killeen Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, KELF is committed to enhancing the welfare of our community by investing in the academic, personal, and leadership development of young people.
Guided by the values of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., KELF works to inspire achievement, encourage higher education, and develop future leaders through scholarships, mentorship, educational programming, and community engagement initiatives.
To assist in and advance the public welfare of our community by fostering the pursuit of higher education, promoting achievement among young people, awarding scholarships, providing mentorship, and supporting programs that strengthen educational, social, and recreational opportunities throughout the Greater Killeen area.

As an extension of Kappa Alpha Psi's internationally recognized Guide Right Program, KELF is dedicated to helping young people realize their full potential through mentorship, leadership development, academic support, college readiness, and community service opportunities.
